Critical Review of Blogging
Blogging came around in the 1990’s and has been an active part of society since then. Blogging is used to spread the type of news the reader is interested in. The type of news can be anything from rare coins to baseball it doesn’t matter. Bloggers make blogs to follow their favorite sports team, events in their town or anything else that may interest them.
Blogging is also used to create a place of your own on the internet. If you create a blog you can customize it to show your interests. You can change the colors add pictures and video and much more.
Blogging can also be used for negative uses. Many people have been arrested for anti government and anti religious blogging. A man in Burma is currently serving 20 years for posting an anti government political cartoon on his blog that made fun of the current government and the head of state. Also a man was thrown out of Sudan because of anti government blogging. Blogging does have issues like the ones above but the benefits far out way the down sides.

Critical Review of Twitter
Critical Review of Twitter
Twitter was developed in 2006 and it is a way of giving instant updates to people who are your subscribers. Twitter is good in that it can give instant updates but is bad in that some things that are said are completely pointless. People tweet about everything and everything. It can give you a lot of random info that is unrelated to a task that you are trying to perform. For a business I wouldn't suggest using Twitter. Texting or using Facebook is a better way to get the task at hand done without as many distractions as Twitter.
Twitter is good if you are just trying to do socially. Twitter is quick posts about random things in a person’s life. It is meant to be what happens between blog posts. Every post on Twitter has to be 140 characters or under. It is meant to be quick and is to help you to get to know someone better.
Twitter has a lot of potential to be abused. Like all new technology it can be abused. Twitted can be used to contact people that you shouldn’t be contacting. Pedophiles often used on line servers like Twitter to talk to little kids. Another problem that I see with twitter is that I think that I could be really distracting. I can people sitting down to do something and then end up on Twitter and not get done what has to be done.
Twitter also now has mobile apps for the I Phone and other smart phones like the blackberry. This allows you to accesses your twitter account from anywhere. Over all I think that Twitter is a good play toy for social interaction but when it comes to getting work done in the business work it is useless.

Facebook and MySpace are two of the more popular social networks that help you connect with people you know. A social networking site is a site that allows you to connect with people you know. In real life people use Facebook and MySpace all the time to connect with friends. Facebook has 350 million monthly users 175 of which use it on a daily bases. Facebook and MySpace have even made their social networking sites easier to use.
Using social networking sites makes seeing connections that you may have through friends easier. If you have a friend in the real world and his friend has a open job in the field that you work in sometimes that might get blocked so that you never know, but using social networking sites such as Facebook or MySpace the connections that you have through friends become available to see. This is a major way that Social networking sites can be effective in the businesses world. For school I use my Facebook to get due dates and homework assignments from people all of the time.
Socially Facebook and MySpace can be used in the same way. If your friend has a friend on Facebook that you have things in common with you can become friends with that person. This technology is very easily to be abused. Social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace can and have been used in the past by pedophiles to talk to kids.

Most mobiles phones that have app capabilities and the I touch from Apple have free apps that allow you to contact your friends threw Facebook and MySpace from anywhere. Facebook and MySpace also have calendars so that you do not miss an important event.
In the end this technology is a very helpful tool in the business and social world despite its flaws.

Critical Reveiw of Google Doc
Google docs is a way that you can keep all of your documents on the Internet so they can be accessed from anywhere. It is also useful in that you can only have one version of a document and have accusable to anyone that you want. All you have to do is type in the email address of the person or people that you want to see it. This is important in if you don't want multiple copies of the same document. This is important in if you want to stay organized and not get messed up on which copy is which. Google docs is a great tool for kids and people in the business world. In many cases in the business world have home and work computers. This very helpfully if you want to always have the right, and with Google docs the only, version of your project. Google docs also works for spread sheets and presentations in addition to normal documents. Google docs is a really great tool for anyone working with computers.

So far i have learned a lot in power point. The biggest things that i learned that Ididn't know was how to do a timed presentation. My presentation will include sounds and animation, when appropriate, and Iwill use bullets in stead of large paragraphs. So far Ithink my final project will have to do with sports.
